Here is a link to the full schedule for our flight, and this is the link to Sporting 97 Green schedule only.

The schedule is not yet posted.  Since they are using the demosphere software, there is no way for me to “reverse engineer” where the schedule will be until they let me have a peek.  As such, I don’t know which venue we will be using.  I’ve found a field map for Pierce college, the link for CSU Northridge is blank. Crespi HS is not even listed as a venue.

Final: Surf White
The rain is coming down in Biblical proportions, reminiscent of Noah. The tournament director and referee director deem it unsafe to play. We will be going directly to Penalty Kicks from the mark.
The field has standing water around the perimeter and in other locations that is probably 3 inches deep. It goes over the players shoes.
SW#12 miss wide. MC miss over the crossbar
SW hits the water in front of the goal and stops. RG back of net.
SW#3 make. ShM back of net.
SW#10 make. KS Laser.
SW makes. EM shoots, goalie gets both hands on it but deflects into the side net 1/2 way back.
final: 4 – 3
The award ceremony is held in the weight room under the bleachers. Congratulations girls!

Semi-Final: Arsenal FC (CAS)
:29 Direct kick which ShM redirects to goal from ~8yds out. Goalie makes Unbelievable stop going completely horizontal.
half: 0 -0
:58 ShM split pass to JC. Goal!
final: 1 – 0
Very even game, again referees did a superb job. Our defenders fought long and hard but we
were able to prevail. Rained consistently the entire game. The turf at Crespi HS is just one year old and is in excellent shape.
We’re on to the finals against Surf White.

Bracket #3: Real So Cal White
:10 RSC Corner, Header into goal.
half: 0 -1
:48 RSC hand ball in box (actually grabbed the ball w/two hands)
PK ShM puts it in!
final: 1 – 1
Very brutal game. The officiating was not as good as the previous two matches, but is not as bad as what we normally experience. Field is natural, fortunately the rain started just before our game so the field is not real sloppy.
We’re through to the semi-finals! Great Job girls.
