Check in will be held on Friday, May 28th 6:00-9:00pm at the Sports Complex
located at 995 Crossroads Drive, Tracy, CA 95377.
Please bring the following items to check in:
1 copy of your official US Club roster
Medical release forms.
US Club player passes for your team and coaches.
Player loan forms completely filled out.
A roster freeze will be implemented on Monday, May 17, 2010. This means you
cannot add players to your roster after Sunday, May 16th. You must add your
entire roster into the got soccer roster area in order for us to print them in
time for the roster freeze. To add your roster please go to your gotsoccer
account and add your players under rosters.
We allow 5 guest players at the tournament; however you should contact the
tournament director should you need additional guest players to form your team.
You will need to add your guest players to your gotsoccer roster by going to
All teams should be prepared to play Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. We have
obtained lighted fields for Friday, Saturday and Sunday games. We will play
games until 10pm at night. Monday we will host all semi-finals and finals only.
We hope to schedule the games early so you can head home by afternoon. All
fields consist of short manicured grass. This year we may have one turf field.

If you are NOT a US Club team and have signed up to play in the Orange Bowl you
must obtain additional tournament insurance. Below is an outline of how to
OPTIONAL TOURNAMENT INSURANCE: If you are having a problem getting insurance
coverage from your state association to attend a US Club Soccer sanctioned
tournament, you may obtain insurance from US Club Soccer $50/team. (TFC will
reimburse you half the cost at check in). This provides additional insurance
only, and you are still attending as a USYS member. Note also, the tournament
insurance roster you will complete should suffice if your state association will
not let you use your player cards. There is a limit of 26 players per team.
Under this program, the team still gets travel permission, if required, from its
state, uses its own USYS player cards if permitted, but is covered by the US
Club Soccer insurance policy. In most cases, this should be all that is needed.

Once you complete the registration, you will go to the next screen and pay the
$50 insurance fee via credit card. You will then have access to the team
roster. Complete this roster with all required information, save it to your
hard drive, and email it to us. We will send you back an approved roster in a
pdf format. Take this approved pdf roster to the tournament. Also, make sure
to check whether or not the tournament will also require you to submit proof of
birth for the players at check-in if you cannot use your player cards.

Go to the green registration tab and click tournament team insurance, then
scroll down to optional tournament insurance and you will see a link to apply.

There are a couple of fields that have not yet had maps posted, but there are 10 between the two sites that show on the map so we should have an 85% chance of having the information we need right now. Placensia fields are East (to the right) of the Sports complex in the picture below.
