Congratulations girls and coaches on another well played season! The 9 week season was a huge success with the girls posting a 9-1-0 record. An amazing 30 goals for and 7 against. Only 1 team scored against them in both of the outings, several teams
scored in neither of the games against them. The average score was 3-1 and since the girls didn’t lose until the very last game, they clinched the championship before the last game even started.
This is very similar to last season where the girls went 9-0-1 and only allowed 4 goals to be scored in all 10 games. The girls and coaches should all be very proud of their accomplishment.

Yep. And I bet $1M with my bookie in Vegas (to lose) and made some spending money. Just kidding
I agree. They and anyone, for that matter, should be expected to always do their best whether it’s on the soccer pitch, on the job etc. Sorry if that’s the way it came across.

Do you mean to say that the girls didn’t try in the last game of the CYSA fall league since they already clinched the championship? If so, shame on them! You need to play every game as hard as you can no matter what.
